We're seeking, at COMPREDICT, a talented Sales Operations Manager to join our innovative automotive sales team and make a significant impact on our growth trajectory.
Role Overview:
As our Sales Operations Manager, you'll be a key player in streamlining and optimizing our sales processes to ensure peak performance across our sales team. You'll collaborate closely with sales and finance leadership to provide strategic insights, pipeline management, pricing performance, new business meeting coordination and sales reporting/analysis for leadership and implement efficient processes that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process development: Assess and refine the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and areas for development & improvement. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, shorten sales cycles, and increase conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights for informed decision-making. Develop sales forecasts, performance metrics, and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into team performance.
- Sales Technology Management: Oversee the usage, implementation, and optimization of sales technology tools, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms. Ensure seamless integration and utilization across the sales team.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and implement KPIs to measure sales team performance and track progress towards goals. Regularly report on key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in sales operations or a related role, preferably within the software industry or high-growth tech companies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., MSD, PowerBI, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Fluent in English and German, French is a clear plus.
