Deliverables:
- Strategy and execution for driving CIOs (Community impact officers) towards success – accomplishing their income goals by increasing business and improving sales mix
- Build, develop and lead a powerful team of CIO success managers (CSM)
- Monthly, quarterly planning and execution readiness for accomplishing the business goals
- Collaborate with cross functional operating teams for alignment and readiness of the plan
- Design and improve processes continuously to enhance CSM and CxIO performance and consistency
- Partner with CIO product team to build tech driven solutions for enabling CIOs & CSMs
- Set up and own review systems for driving performance
- Identify projects for improvement and execute functionally/cross functionally
- Create rituals and properties for driving operations team motivation and keep them anchored to the mission
- Own, track and deliver the budget for CIO success
Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job:
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in driving field sales force towards performance
- Strong customer centricity
- Strong sales operations fundamentals – Building sales team, motivating, incentive programs, reward and recognition, funnel management, review systems, etc
- Strong people management – Team should look up to you for inspiration
- Strong problem solving skills – RCA, project management
- Strong planning skills – Converting the org goal into execution strategy for the team
- Strong collaboration skills
- High on learnability – Self reflection and will to keep learning
