Description
Job Summary: Partner with the Sales leadership and Sales Operations teams to identify and streamline sales processes and administration, such as analysis on pricing metrics, territory and market segmentation, and sales activity as well as assist with forecasting and incentive compensation analysis. This might include salesforce administration, pricing, analysis, territory, market segmentation and overall sales activity support. An ability to understand sales process issues and communicate solutions to the internal teams is essential to the success in this role.
Essential Responsibilities / Duties
- Present metrics in a way that can be used to help drive decisions and/or key process improvements
- Analyze data to guide sales process decisions and strategy
- Support sales and operations leadership with reporting, dashboards and data analysis, and proactively make suggestions for improved insights
- Identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com to better support business processes or functions
- Create reports based on value-add inputs and KPIs to track and generate ad-hoc reports per stakeholder requests
- Suggest and develop metrics indicative to sales processes
- Demonstrate a continuous ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Serve as an additional flex resource to Sales Operations teams to manage high volumes
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR combination of equivalent education and relevant experience
- Proven skills performing thorough, quantitative, or qualitative analysis using applicable technology tools with demonstrated success completing data analysis and report creation
- Proven competence with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Clear, concise, and confident communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written) with excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Experience with Salesforce.com
