Position Summary
An FFF Enterprises strategic investment, KlearTrust specializes in software and technology services required to operationalize and support value-based healthcare agreements. We are dedicated to leveraging innovative solutions to transform healthcare delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and improve operational efficiency. The Manager, Sales Operations, will play an important role in driving the commercial success.
The Manager, KlearTrust Sales Operations will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team while supporting revenue growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvements. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination, data-driven decision-making, and the implementation of best practices in healthcare SaaS sales.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Assess and refine the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Develop and document sales processes, workflows, and playbooks.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights to the leadership team based on data analysis.
- Forecasting and Goal Setting:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to set revenue targets and quotas.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, tracking progress towards goals.
- Implement performance metrics to measure sales team success.
- Sales Tools and Technology:
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems and sales-related software.
- Train and support the sales team in using sales tools effectively.
- Identify opportunities for new technology to improve sales operations.
- Sales Training and Development:
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
- Implement onboarding and ongoing training to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Sales Compensation and Incentives:
- Collaborate with Finance to design and manage sales compensation plans.
- Monitor and report on sales incentive programs to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Informatics, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Foster strong communication and teamwork between departments.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes related to pharmaceutical value-based contract design and healthcare reimbursement.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Mentor and develop consulting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster their professional growth.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- MBA preferred.
Required Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Healthcare industry experience; SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of compliance & pharmaceutical regulations.
Required Experience:
- Five (5) or more years [nine (9) or more for non-degreed candidates] of experience in Sales Operations.
- Three (3) or more years leading a sales team.
- Proven experience in sales operations within the healthcare or SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Five (5) or more years’ experience with:
- Value-base care contracting, and/or
- Pharma HEOR experience, pharma market access, patient services, or brand management experience, and/or
- PBM, pharmacy, GOP, and/or payer contracting experience.
Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting.
