Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Operations professional based in Udaipur, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Operations professional will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless sales process. This includes managing the sales pipeline, creating reports, and analyzing data. The Sales Operations professional will also provide support in executing sales campaigns and strategies, analyzing sales trends, and providing recommendations for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a related field
- Experience with CRMs, such as Dynamics 365, and sales reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of process improvement and optimization
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
