The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building, training, and maintaining our sales operations, focusing on both our Clients and RVets. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about animal care and excels in creating efficient, client-centred sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build:
- Develop and codify the sales processes for both Clients and RVets based on our initial framework.
- Design and implement the client journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Create and deliver training materials, including client nurture sequences and video assets.
- Manage a CRM system to track incoming calls/emails from Clients and RVets.
- Develop a Ref vet nurture sequence, allowing them to follow the client journey.
- Monitor and enhance the conversion rates from initial contact to consultation and procedures.
Train:
- Conduct regular training sessions for different teams: Nurses (4 sessions/year), Vets (4 sessions/year), and Reception staff (4 sessions/year).
- Ensure that all teams are up-to-date with the latest sales processes and client management techniques.
Maintain:
- Uphold strict compliance with the established sales processes.
- Manage and ensure team accountability in adhering to these processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the sales operations to enhance client and Rvet experiences.
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales process management.
- Excellent training and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Passionate about animal welfare and client service.
