Role Overview:
We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and authentic individual to join a growing sales team, to find and screen potential customers who could benefit from my client’s products and services. The ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at and enjoys researching leads, starting new relationships and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Utilise tech tools as well as LinkedIn, cold calling and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services
- Proactively seek new business, as well as managing and up-selling to existing clients
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective and existing customers and sales executives
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly and quarterly results
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Experience in a previous sales role would be preferential
- Strong communication skills via phone and email both internally and externally
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to grow within a sales organisation
Salary & Benefits:
- £25-30,000 base salary (DOE)
- £40,000 OTE
