  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics.

  • Report to executive on progress to target and accurate forecasts of future quarters
  • Collaborate across the C-suite in meetings
  • Hire, train, and retrain team members

What you'll do:

  • Review sales forecast, pinpoint revenue that’s at risk and come up with a gameplan
  • Focus on scaling sales operations and identify the tools needed to make that happen
  • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating departments
  • Drive the global sales team to expand business growth across all customer segments and share responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
  • Build and foster creative teams that are committed to our culture of innovation
  • Craft plans and strategies to develop business and smash company sales and growth targets
  • Create and execute a go-to-market strategy for products and pricing in conjunction with Product and Marketing
  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing, sales, and account management teams

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth in a SaaS business
  • Demonstrated sales skills in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiations, and closing with both new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, strategic selling methodologies, and pipeline and forecast management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in SaaS and service environments
  • Significant experience in general management and P&L supervision
  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively
  • Ability to mine, analyze and interpret data to make business decisions that will drive ongoing revenue growth.
  • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Strong technical experience with Salesforce and other business productivity tools
  • Recruited and built a team in another SaaS business that hit or exceeded revenue goals
  • Worked at a senior level in a similar scaling organisation, managing or running a Sales team with targets of at least USD 15M+
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration or related field

A successful candidate will:

  • Get a kick out of working with the team to make sales and close revenue against the key goals.

  • Keep a clear head under pressure: Stress levels can spike when the stakes are high. You’re an accountable individual who doesn't shy away from tough situations and pressure and keeps a calm head when things get difficult.
