We are seeking a talented individual to join SHOPLINE U.S. team as the Head of Regional Sales Operations for the U.S. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and supporting SHOPLINE's go-to-market success in the U.S.
We are looking for an experienced candidate who can confidently engage in sales strategy, sales operations, and sales enablement. You will bring analytical and innovative thinking to solve problems and drive future growth.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
·Acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the U.S. General Manager.
·Supporting global sales operation initiatives as part of the global sales operation team.
·Leading regional sales strategy in key areas such as budget planning, commercial team incentive design, and ad hoc analyses to generate valuable business insights.
·Managing regional sales operations, including commercial team performance reporting, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
·Driving sales enablement by implementing global tools from CRM to inhouse technologies and identifying areas for improvement.
·Working closely with crossfunctional teams to coordinate the effective deployment of resources, impactful programs, and process/tools that streamline the sales process.
·Previous experience in SaaS or eCommerce technology.
·Proven experience supporting overall sales organizations or general managers in overall budgeting, commercial team incentive design, commercial team performance reporting, revenue metrics, pipeline management etc.
·Strong working knowledge of frontline technologies, such as Salesforce.
·Excellent collaboration and analytical skills.
·A startup mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation.
·Consulting background is a plus.
·Speaking Chinese is a plus.
