We are working with an exciting startup that is hiring SDR number 4 and 5 this year. This Company was started in 2021 by 3 friends who wanted to make business communication easier for companies that has employees working remotely and from home.
They built a software platform that can be accessed as a desktop portal and an app for employees. The platform enables employees to make and record calls to anyone anywhere with the ability for employers to analyse the calls and have visibility into what their employees are doing.
They have already acquired over 5,000 customers and are now looking for two SDRs to join the team. You will be targeting decision makers of small to medium sized businesses and booking meetings for the Founder. You will be given lots of exposure to clients and will have the opportunity to progress into a full sales role or leadership position. You will be joining a team of three Venatrix SDRs and will be a part of the fun and social environment that the Company has created.
The Company is based in a WeWork in Central London and operate a flexible working policy. For the first month, they will want you to go into the office every day except Fridays and another benefit is that there are no set working hours - as long as you get your target you can work any hours you want.
