Sales Analyst Job Description
Health Catalyst is looking for a numbers-savvy Sales Operations Analyst who will provide actionable insights to the Sales team, strengthening our ability to use data to drive the right business outcomes.
This role will play a critical part in the continuous improvement of our reporting infrastructure, create easy-to-consume dashboards, and perform regular analysis of Sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate knows how to translate data into actionable insights and create strong working relationships with business partners.
What you’ll do:
Build, maintain, and improve the reporting infrastructure and dashboards for Sales.
Partner with Sales and Sales Operations teams to create visibility into performance KPIs, continuously improving reporting on Go-To-Market initiatives, pipeline growth, and revenue.
Assist in metrics readouts by analyzing performance data and prepping presentation decks regularly.
Help problem-solve data anomalies in partnership with your peers on the Revenue Ops team to ensure that we keep reporting as accurately as possible and maintain transparency in data challenges.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of Marketing or Sales Analytics experience, preferably with B2B companies.
Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to make intuitive leaps and rational deductions of cause and effect.
Strong knowledge of Sales strategy and process.
Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate learnings and key takeaways.
Ability to build and maintain solid relationships built on trust and respect with key stakeholders.
Can work completing a project or task with little supervision.
Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Experience using BI platforms to develop dashboards (Salesforce CRMA, Power BI, Tableau, Google DataStudio, Einstein Analytics, etc.).
