As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the revenue strategy, driving growth, and expanding market presence in the dynamic field of electric vehicle (EV) charging software solutions. Your deep understanding of SaaS / EV charging technologies, coupled with a proven track record in driving revenue expansion with the fast growth of a SaaS product will be instrumental in achieving their ambitious goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive the adoption of our SaaS EV charging platform and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Identify and explore new revenue streams, partnerships, and business models to support fast-paced growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market penetration.
- Implement efficient sales processes, tools, and methodologies to expedite customer acquisition and ensure customer success.
Fast Growth Experience:
- Bring expertise in scaling SaaS products, demonstrating a successful track record of driving fast and sustainable growth.
- Leverage past experiences to navigate challenges associated with rapid expansion and maintain operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments, with a specific focus on understanding the unique needs of the EV charging industry.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key players in the EV ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit.
Customer Success and Retention:
- Oversee the customer success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
- Implement strategies to drive customer lifetime value and minimise churn rates.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilise data analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimise sales processes, and measure the success of revenue initiatives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track and report on key business metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the electric vehicle charging industry, clean energy, and related technologies.
- Use industry knowledge to shape product development and market positioning.
- Proven experience as a senior executive in a SaaS company, with a focus on fast growth and scalability.
- Deep understanding of the electric vehicle charging industry, clean energy, and related technologies.
- Track record of successfully leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
