Working as part of Sales Operations team, the role requires you to work closely with senior leadership, Sales Managers, Portfolio Owners, Delivery Managers, Business Finance, Controlling and collaborate with cross functional team members to come up with actionable insights, help them take data driven decisions.Roles & Responsibilities:Track CRM pipeline growth, win/loss rates, support timely updation. Support in Target Business Plan activities. Key Performance Indicator tracking.Independently develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics including acquisition & Revenue Forecasting, funnel analysis, PMO utilization, opportunity lifecycle management & driving revenue recognition.Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting at Regional & Business Area/Practice levels.Communicating findings to stakeholders and taking initiatives to improve business.Assist the Cross functional teams in identifying bottlenecks and take lead to resolve them.Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the Sales organization by driving the business teams to update CRM.Should be capable of doing revisions to existing reports by bringing in automation.
BE/MBA with 4-8years of experience in IT Industry.
