Weave's Deal Desk team operates with a primary focus on delivering a high-quality, white-glove experience to customers while serving as a crucial quality control link bridging Sales and Onboarding functions. Deal Desk Analysts at Weave undergo specialized skill development in interdepartmental communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the art of setting clear customer expectations, all aimed at proactively bolstering customer success. Among their key responsibilities is ensuring that new customers are thoroughly prepared for their onboarding journey. The ideal candidate for this pivotal role is expected to not only excel in their technical proficiency with essential tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and Slack but also to embody the qualities of a culture leader, fostering psychological safety, encouraging innovation, diligence, and creativity within the team dynamic.

This position will be hybrid with 3 days in office and 2 optional WFH days.

This position will report to the Manager of the Deal Desk team.

What You Will Own

  • Ensuring the Customer has a seamless experience and transition from Sales to Onboarding
  • Act as quality assurance for sales to ensure all deals moving forward are qualified and prepared customers
  • Following team processes to ensure clients success
  • Work as a business partner with Sales and Onboarding to triage escalated customers
  • Collaborating with other departments in the organization
  • Work on projects and initiatives as needed

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • Bachelor's degree OR at least two years of related experience required
  • 1 year of outbound sales or customer facing experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
