This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist located in Chatswood, NSW. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for sales support not limited to marketing, new business development and new client onboarding. The Sales Operations Specialist will also be responsible for providing customer service to clients and assisting with sales-related projects.
Using your customer relation skills, you will be part of our support working closely together to support, advise, design solutions tailored to individual requirements, whilst building and maintaining long lasting relationships with our clients.
This position will involve a balance of both office based work, answering calls and requests for support through various communication technologies and onsite work delivering physical solutions and system installation for our clients. The onsite component can range from the installation of QonUS product, through to the installation of newly designed complete solutions for the client.
Projects may vary in length and can sometimes involve interstate travel depending on the location of the client.

No experience required but attitude to learn and adapt to change in work environment is essential. We are looking for someone who is ready to learn and work to grow together. Previous experience with POS sales and installation would be ideal but is not essential.
Below qualification is not essential but an advantage:
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Customer Service or a related field
- Sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience in Sales Operations or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Sales and Marketing, or related field experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Second language in Chinese, Korean or Thai is a plus

Able to work autonomously, professionally and be an excellent communicator
Strong Customer service skills
Be able to take some interstate travel requirement from time to time.
This role may require interstate travel and flexible hours to meet our dynamic customer needs.
