The role will be responsible for owning the management of the team that is accountable for the sales planning, performance management and reporting to drive sales productivity. This includes sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory design/management, salesforce sizing and coverage analysis and quota allocation. The role will ensure the cadence and operational rigor of running the sales organization is established. This will include the ability to ensure discipline, training and governance is in place to maintain key information across sales and finance systems to drive accurate business reporting for all levels of the business. This role will also have the responsibility to provide business process and system inputs that would support the improvements of our global systems and tools to manage the business.
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver results, complete ownership of work and outputs, find a way to work through barriers, and work efficiently. We’re looking for someone to think analytically about the business, have a critical eye for detail, and have high expectations and standards.
