Job Summary
Reporting to the EVP, Chief Commercial Officer, the Director of Sales Operations is primarily responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and making recommendations to ensure NFI’s sales solutions continue to support sustained profitability for the organization. The position will focus on supporting sales efforts to ensure operational best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and creating business analytics capabilities to ensure data-driven decision-making to propel the growth and future of the company.

CRM & Tools - Recommend & Execute Strategy
The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
CRM & Tools - Recommend & Execute Strategy
- Manage and provide direction on CRM strategy, vision, and execution, ensuring data integrity and providing automated reporting tools.
- Review and recommend tools and processes in our efforts to manage customer activity including sales engagement, productivity & enablement, sales intelligence, and analytics & reporting, resulting in greater selling efficiencies.
- Strategically seek out continuous improvement initiatives – driving greater results through increased sales.
- Work closely with the CCO and senior leadership to best identify trends, needs, and improvements for the sales organization, and provide support for implementation and change management.
- Work closely with internal teams - marketing, information technology, and others - to execute NFI’s growth strategy.
- Leverage predictive analysis and time-series forecasting to project future trends, identify business needs, and develop long-term strategies for improved growth profitability.
- Prepare and provide content for the monthly executive senior leadership meetings: data metrics, KPI’s, analytics and reporting.
- Five to seven years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.
- Superior financial skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task; adhere to established deadlines
- Travel required – up to 25% depending on project work
- Strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of supply chain solutions
- Ability to work across multiple divisions and be team oriented
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to effectively deploy resources and manage multiple projects of diverse scopes in a cross-functional environment
