- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify target markets and generate high-quality leads.
- Utilize various channels, including online research and industry events, to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Assist sales representatives in researching and understanding client needs to enhance the prospecting process.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for client engagement.
- Play a key role in the preparation of compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Ensure that proposals align with client requirements and industry trends.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the sales team to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience.
- Support the organization of client meetings and events to foster strong relationships.
Education, Experience, Certifications
- Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify leads.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, research, and interpersonal skills
Physical and mental demands
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role
