As a Operations Manager specializing in end-to-end sales and customer coordination, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to completion. This position requires a unique blend of project management, sales acumen, and customer relationship skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication abilities to facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external clients.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure the timely and successful execution of projects within scope and budget.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and expectations.
- Provide sales support by preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Assist in the development of strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations and address concerns.
- Manage client relationships by providing regular updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, development, and logistics to coordinate project activities.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during the execution phase.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and client communications.
- Generate regular reports to update stakeholders on project status, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Analyze project outcomes and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
Salary : 7LPA (Max) Female Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Sales Support, or Customer Service
- Strong coordination and communication skills across teams and departments
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Proven ability to implement process efficiencies and process improvements
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, ERP or similar tools
- Experience in the IT or Telecom industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
