We're on the hunt for an energetic and data-driven Sales Operations Associate to become an integral part of our growing AI SaaS scale-up. We're targeting a candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit and appetite for making a substantial contribution to our revenue operations. This role involves close collaboration with our Global SVP of Sales and VP of Customer Success. The perfect fit for this position is someone who masterfully balances analytical sharpness, marketing expertise, and exceptional organizational abilities. Day-to-day you will:
- Lead projects focused on analyzing our social media efforts, providing actionable insights to enhance our digital presence and engagement strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales and customer success data. Create compelling presentations and decks, employing data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively. Proficiency in data visualization tools is a plus.
- Efficiently manage the scheduling and organization of conferences and events. Provide day-to-day logistics support to the sales and customer success leadership teams.
- Demonstrate expertise in crafting and executing effective marketing sequences to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and communicate project risks, dependencies, and propose mitigation plans. Ensure all changes in project resources and requirements are communicated to team members. Control project scope, timeline, and budget, managing scope changes proactively.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, customer success, RevOps, product, engineering support, and design, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of objectives.
We specifically want someone who has:

You should be adept in areas like research, writing, entrepreneurialism, and data analytics, and have a solid grasp of business fundamentals. Whether these skills were developed at a top-tier university, through experience in a scale-up SaaS business, or by running your own venture, you should be able to demonstrate how these experiences have shaped your professional capabilities.
- You'll have a comprehensive understanding of how a SaaS business operates. This includes insights into investor relations, client demands, and how to meet commercial targets effectively.
- Your organizational skills should be top-notch, with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat.
- Experience in remote event planning, particularly in organizing and participating in industry events and trade shows, which is crucial for networking and client acquisition in the enterprise sector.
- We expect proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools, with a preference for candidates experienced in platforms such as Hubspot and DealHub.
- Excellent communication skills are a must. You should be able to present ideas and data clearly and compellingly, whether in written or verbal form.
