Business Development Role is a local Sales Role based around the local community to help drive Brand Awareness and grow the Roxton brand as well as their own personal Brand. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced skill set around business growth as well as relationship building. This individual will be working closely with the business leader to run the line of business and expand the offerings.
The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs or get in contact with prospective clients to understand their business needs. They will also work closely with the marketing team to uncover new leads.
