Role Overview: We are seeking a visionary Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our leadership team. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker and a proactive executor who is passionate about driving revenue growth and scaling business operations. The CRO will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, hiring and building sales teams, exploring new market opportunities, and building robust relationships with clients and partners. This position offers very attractive equity options and a sales-driven commission structure, reflecting our commitment to rewarding high performance and significant contributions to our success.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Hire, train, and build large sales teams and sales partners.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring Logikality's value proposition is clearly communicated.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, ensuring a consistent flow of business.
• Implement data-driven approaches to sales management, optimizing performance and scalability.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the sales team and across the organization.
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company policies and ethical guidelines.
• Proven track record of success in senior sales roles, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven experience in the US markets is crucial for the success of this role.

No fixed salary; compensation is comprised of very attractive equity options (this could range from 4 to 8% of the stake in the company vested over a period) and a very attractive sales-driven commission structure.
