We're on a journey to shape a borderless world, and we need a dynamic Senior Revenue Operations Manager
to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure operational excellence across our revenue-driving teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success). You'll architect and optimise processes that fuel both new and existing revenue growth for Localyze. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams, providing invaluable insights at every stage of the customer journey. From end-to-end funnel data attribution to CRM/system workflows, you'll be the driving force behind our sales productivity rates, market trends analysis, and future go-to-market strategies.
Your mandate is clear: implement scalable systems, wield operational tools, and harness business insights to drive revenue up while keeping CAC and payback metrics in check.🎯 What You'll Do
🌟 What We're Looking For
- Spearhead the development of our revenue operations function, with one Revenue Operations Associate reporting to you.
- Own our existing CRM and tech stack, identifying and capitalising on efficiency opportunities.
- Define strategic operational priorities aligned with our go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives.
- Offer analytical leadership to guide sales target setting, quantity modelling, and forecasting.
- Dive deep into data analysis to optimise revenue productivity, inform go-to-market decisions, and refine our operational model, using dashboards, revenue forecasts, and insights on sales patterns.
- Innovate solutions to enhance revenue and team performance.
- Craft and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Provide frontline support to the sales team's daily inquiries.
- Consolidate data into a single, transparent source of truth.
- Identify avenues to leverage new and existing technology, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Drive cost reduction and streamline go-to-market expenses to bolster profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalise Revenue Enablement, facilitating training, onboarding, sales coaching, and knowledge base initiatives to enhance team productivity.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or business performance within B2B SaaS companies experiencing exponential growth.
- A relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales systems administration and troubleshooting, including database & workflow architecture, in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Proven project management prowess, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Expertise in revenue modelling, P+L management, forecasting, and quota setting, including traditional sales pipeline, productivity, customer satisfaction and revenue metrics.
- A self-starting mentality, serving as an advisor and coach while thriving both independently and collaboratively.
