The aim of this position is toprovide support within the Exportfunction of a global manufacturingbusiness, specialising in fast moving consumer goods and offers hybrid working.

Experience gained within FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) or consumer appliances sector,an advantage.
Experience Working Alongside International Sales Teams Preferred.
You will require strong analytical skills, project management skills, combined with a good understanding of customer satisfaction or account management.
Experience working in cross functional collaboration.
A team player.
Competency in SAP
Experience with CRM (customer relationship management)
Proficiency in Excel
Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
High attention to detail
Good planning and organisational skills
Must enjoy working efficientlyunder pressure and good time management capabilities
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Tasks & Responsibilities Will Include
Regular analysis of internal sales and in-market sales performance (preparing actionable insights/reports for potential input into monthly reviews).
Sales Operations: support all aspects of sales ops including onboarding of new distributors, facilitating order processing, customer price list maintenance.
Account Management: serve as a proxy for sales /account managers as required.
Demand Planning: Partake and support the commercial team in the demand planning process as necessary.
Brand Protection: support the tracking of trademark/brand infringement issues and report appropriately
General Business Support.
Package Details
Good rate of pay, depending on level of experience
The role is initially presented on a minimum fixed term basis for 12 months (very likely to be for longer).
Start date preferred mid-March, if possible, in order to facilitate a short handover (but some flex).
37 hours per week
Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday
The role also offers hybrid working!
