Duties
Required Skills: SALESFORCE.COM, BUSINESS OPERATIONS, EXCEL, OPERATIONS, PRESENTATION SKILLS
Additional Skills: PROBLEM SOLVING, QUANTITATIVE, EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, MICROSOFT EXCEL
- Support the Workfront professional services sales and project team in maintaining accurate consultant T&M and project related information in the business operations system (Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent application skills including CRM suites, Client.
- Expertise in Excel and or business operations experienced in the IT space
- Minimum 3-6 years of related experience
- Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills.
- Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused.
- Effective communications skills both written and verbal in English
- Strong quantitative ability
- Good reporting and business presentation skills
- Can do, will do attitude in supporting the business
