We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of three days to be in the Manchester office and two days at home. There may be occasional travel to our other offices.
We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales Operations Manager at Pepper Money to join our Firsts Sales Operations team, everything we do is to help people succeed, from our employees to our customers. Supporting a team of Underwriting Specialists dealing with Mortgage applications from the Decision in Principle through to sanction for Offer.
What you will be doing
You will work as part of an effective management team, consisting of other Team Managers, to deliver an excellent service proposition and achieving all SLA’s and KPI’S across the function. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 – 10 Underwriting Specialists who will be assessing and processing mortgage applications in line with our lending policy.
You will plan, organise, direct and co-ordinate the activities of the team to ensure the team’s work will be to a high standard and offering support to assist in their development. You will work with them to apply a flexible approach to deliver an excellent customer service proposition and ensure the broker and customer is always front of mind. You will also prepare general reports and briefs on more complex cases for senior management resolution and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
