Duties & Resp: Prepares and analyzes sales forecasts and results reports and presentations, including analyses of variances vs. budget forecasts | Supports periodic sales revenue target setting and forecasting and may conduct research to estimate market demand | Supports sales teams in preparing and evaluating deal scenarios and contract terms | Collaborates with sales, IT and finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure that the revenue recognition and forecasting systems provide accurate and timely data | May track sales vs. quota information to determine commissions. KSAs: L3-L4 leader. Leads a key functional area with significant corporate or P&L impact. Establishes functional strategy, influencing and impacting company's long-term plan and results. Effects direct and recognizable impact to EBITDA. Generally succession candidate for C-level role/ET, with some exceptions for singularly-focused roles.
Success or failure creates a significant long-term impact to the overall business through one or more of the following: P&L, market disruption/leadership, major competitive advantage (or loss), and/or system-wide improvement. Sets vision and direction that will play an important role in organization's long-term success and viability. Develops and implements strategic plans. Determines, secures and organizes resources to achieve vision and strategy. Influences and negotiates significant organizational prioritization.

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
