- Own budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, long-term financial modelling, and scenario planning
- Deliver meaningful financial reporting, KPIs, and board reporting
- Manage investor and lender relationships, including covenant compliance and debt reporting
- Drive financial visibility and cost control across the rollout programme and wider business operations
- Partner closely with the CEO and Exec team on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and systems improvement
- Oversee audit, statutory reporting, compliance, and financial controls
About You
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a PE-backed or debt-funded environment
- Background in infrastructure, telecoms, engineering, utilities, or another capital-intensive sector
- Strong operational, commercial, and financial modelling capability
- Experienced managing complex budgets, forecasting, and stakeholder relationships
- Confident operating at board level while remaining hands-on and collaborative
This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth, PE-backed infrastructure business at a key stage of scale, with real influence over strategy, performance, and long-term value creation in an ambitious leadership team.
