Role Description
Drywall Enterprise LLC is seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team on-site in the Greater Indianapolis area. The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the business, including financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and strategic financial decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, tracking company performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with leadership to guide long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and developing strategies to ensure long-term company growth
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting with a track record of producing accurate and timely reports
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance with demonstrated ability to guide organizational financial health
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess data, provide insights, and make evidence-based decisions
- Experience in budget management, cost control, and optimizing financial performance
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the construction or similar industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field; CPA or CFA credentials are highly desirable
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams
