Chief Financial Officer (HYBRID) - $165,000 to $180,000 base salary plus bonus
Excellent opportunity to join a growing privately held professional services company as their Chief Financial Officer. This position is the "top" financial role within this 100+ employee company and will report directly to the company's President / CEO (who has done a great job in his 7+ years as CEO). This position manages a team of 4 tenured / well established professionals.
Our client observes an aggressive HYBRID work schedule (4-5 days per week REMOTE) but is requiring candidates to be located within an hour commute of Mechanicsburg, PA.
This position oversees all finance and accounting activities across multiple operating companies. This position manages financial reporting, the close process, budgeting / forecasting, cash flow planning and internal controls.
Our client seeks a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10 years of accounting / financial management experience. CPA, CMA and / or MBA is preferred but not required. Current / previous experience as a small to mid sized company Controller / CFO IS REQUIRED.
