We are now seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team based at our Luscombe Head Office.
This is a highly influential leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering closely with operations, driving business improvement initiatives, strengthening systems and controls, and helping shape the future direction of a growing organisation.
You’ll work closely with Australian leadership and our Canadian corporate office while leading finance, governance, reporting and strategic improvement initiatives across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all financial operations including reporting, forecasting, budgeting and compliance
- Partner closely with operational leaders to drive financial discipline and commercial performance
- Lead system improvements, process redesign and governance initiatives
- Oversee executive reporting requirements to Australian and Canadian leadership teams
- Support strategic business growth, acquisitions and integration activities
- Drive accountability, process consistency and organisational maturity across the business
- Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure strong financial controls are maintained
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance function and broader support teams
What You’ll Bring
- CPA or CA qualification
- Significant senior finance leadership experience within a complex operational business
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence operational stakeholders
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, asset-intensive or operationally complex industries
- Experience leading ERP/system improvements and business transformation initiatives
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to lead through change and ambiguity
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational involvement
