What You’ll Lead

You’ll oversee all financial functions, guide long‑term planning, and ensure the company continues to scale with strength and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Develop and implement financial policies, processes, and controls
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and regulatory standards
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital planning
- Direct accounting, tax, and financial operations
- Lead and develop high‑performing finance and accounting teams
- Oversee commission structures for sales and management
- Partner with the CEO on strategic projects and initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards
- Manage multi‑state tax compliance and audits
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Blend of accounting & finance oversight and leadership experience in a manufacturing organization
- Strong interpersonal skills- ability to partner with business leaders
