Position Summary:
The primary function or purpose of this position to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes. This role will be responsible for optimizing sales operations, improving sales productivity, and ensuring our sales team is well-equipped to achieve their target. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional.
Responsibilities:
- Streamline and improve sales processes, including lead generation, opportunity management, and order processing, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making by sales leadership
- Oversee the implementation and management of sales software, CRM systems, and other tools to enhance sales team performance
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data, customer records, and reporting systems
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and reports to support sales leaders in resource allocation and goal setting
- Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Intermediate level knowledge/skill using Salesforce
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales, process development, technical and customer service
- High school diploma
- Majority of work is conducted in a temperature-controlled office environment and may require extended periods of sitting
- Work may include occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs.)
- May be exposed to airborne particles and chemicals used in fermentation production facilities
- Adherence to all company safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
