We are looking for a highly motivated and resulted oriented Deal Desk professional to drive complex deals to completion by working with internal business partners and provide close loop communication between Sales, Customer, and Internal Business Partners. The candidate must be a team player and work cross-functionally. The Strategic Deal Desk Specialist is expected to deliver deal analysis and structure guidance to the Sales team with the mission to meet customer requirement and EFI’s sales revenue goals. This position can be located in Pittsburgh, PA or Atlanta, GA.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the Escalation focal point for the Regional Deal Desk team for all complex deals as well as back up when required.
  • Structure and own approval process for the most complex and highly visible enterprise sales transactions to meet customer’s critical business requirements while reducing sales cycles and adhering to EFI’s operational policies and accounting practices.
  • Report individual deal status and overall deal flow activities to sales leadership.
  • Manage and distribute pricing and ensure the quoting tool has current pricing.
  • Manage product availability and properly allocate by ensuring revenue is maximized.
  • Track and provide real time sales revenue roll-up based completed and work-in-progress deals.
  • Provide reports and commission data to cross functional teams.

  • Can form and maintain strong cross functional business relationships
  • Possess excellent skills in oral and written communication as well as documenting business justifications
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
  • Have 3-5 years of solid experience as a financial analyst, sales operations specialist, and experience supporting a complex Sales organization.
  • Are experienced with business strategy or licensing and pricing programs at the enterprise level
  • Possess change management skills and experience with a rapidly changing business environment and ongoing operational improvements.
  • Possess strong analytical, accounting, and advanced Excel skills.
