Our client is a large media and tech company focused on elevating communications across corporate teams. Their suite of products include innovative SaaS solutions and AI. Our client is seeking a CRO with experience in developing new businesses, establishing sales organizations, and guiding their team towards quota attainment.

Location: United States of America (Remote)

At this role, you will:

- Work with C-suite and senior executives to establish strategic plans to achieve sales targets

- Create a game plan to bolster pipeline management

- Manage different teams to achieve high-level objectives

- Develop strong ICPs that focus on the right client profiles in the right target markets

- Ability to conduct data analysis and draw own insights to determine next steps

Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in sales

- 8+ years of experience in relevant industries

- Proven track record of managing teams and hitting goals

- Established plans to scale revenue with demonstration of hitting targets

- A CRO with 10+ years of experience in media and tech who has also managed teams, scaled revenue, and built comp plans.
