Collaboration

  • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to implement operational strategies that drive growth.

Market Insight

  • Offer strategic guidance on market trends, customer attitudes, and sales strategy effectiveness.

Leadership & Oversight

  • Mentor, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure goal achievement and effective communication.

Market Winning

  • Lead initiatives to achieve revenue growth and acquire new logos to solidify our market presence.

Product Promotion

  • Support customer success and partnerships through effective promotion of our product.

Strategic Decision-Making

  • Contribute to formulating key strategic decisions as a part of the company leadership team.

Required Experience & Knowledge

  • Leadership Track Record: Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of various customer segments and price points.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Mentoring & Process Development: Strong mentoring skills and experience in developing processes.
  • Sales Leadership: Previous experience in driving growth and leading sales teams.
  • Sales Process Development: Demonstrated ability to create a successful sales process from scratch.
  • Team Impact: Proven experience in building impactful teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Track record of strong collaboration with various departments.
  • Evangelical Sales Experience: Validated experience in sales within a new product/market environment.
