Company Overview

Our rapidly growing firm specializes in data analytics and enterprise planning, driving data-led transformations for businesses. Currently, we are seeking a Senior VP International Sales Head to spearhead our sales initiatives and bolster revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-achieving sales team towards meeting sales targets successfully.
  • Devise and execute sales strategies and programs to optimize revenue growth.
  • Instill a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales unit.
  • Enhance sales processes and methodologies for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assume full P&L responsibility for the international sales division.
  • Develop budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to ensure goal attainment.
  • Monitor KPIs and address any deviations promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers globally.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in digital media measurement.
  • Leverage data analytics and enterprise performance management expertise to promote our solutions effectively.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and provide insights to clients.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in expanding business through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Network with industry contacts, potential clients, and partners proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 15-20 years of progressive experience in sales of enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong track record in sales leadership, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
  • Experience in coordinating sales efforts globally.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its market applications.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Business acumen and market trend analysis capability.

Location: Hybrid role - must be onsite in Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA.

Compensation: Salary plus commission.
