Own the engine room of a fast-growing rewards platform
PRX Vault is Australia's cashback and rewards platform, now backing 3,465+ partner brands and growing fast. Behind every campaign, signup and conversion is one platform doing the heavy lifting: HubSpot. We're looking for someone to own it end to end.
This isn't a "set up a workflow and walk away" role. You'll be the person who lives in the platform, building, automating, monitoring and optimising everything from our email program to our sales pipeline. If you love HubSpot the way some people love a clean spreadsheet, keep reading.
What you'll own
- The whole HubSpot platform. Marketing Hub and Sales Hub - you're across all of it, keeping it healthy, clean and firing on all cylinders.
- Email marketing & automation. Lifecycle sequences, nurture workflows, re-engagement campaigns and triggered sends - you build them, test them and make them convert.
- HTML email builds. You can hand-code and troubleshoot HTML emails (not just drag-and-drop) and make them render beautifully across every client and device.
- Sales pipeline. Design and build out our sales pipeline from the ground up - deal stages, automation, task routing and the reporting that keeps it moving.
- Lead scoring & segmentation. Build and refine fit/engagement scoring, smart lists and segments so the right message hits the right person at the right time.
- Platform monitoring & data hygiene. Keep an eye on the entire system - sync integrity, deliverability, contact management, integrations and data quality - and flag issues before they become problems.
- Reporting & dashboards. Turn platform activity into dashboards leadership actually uses.
What you bring
- Proven hands-on experience administering HubSpot (Marketing + Sales Hub) - you've built workflows, pipelines and reporting in a live environment.
- Strong HTML/CSS email coding skills and a solid grasp of email deliverability and rendering.
- Real experience designing and managing a sales pipeline / CRM — deal stages, automation, the lot.
- A data-led brain: comfortable with segmentation, lead scoring, and reading the numbers to make calls.
- Sharp attention to detail and the discipline to keep a platform clean and well-monitored.
- Self-starter energy — you spot what needs doing and get it done without waiting to be asked.
Bonus points
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, Inbound, etc.).
- Experience integrating HubSpot with external data sources (e.g. product databases) and tracking tools (Meta, GTM, GA4).
- Background in ecommerce, rewards, fintech or high-volume consumer marketing.
