We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Operations Manager to join Bolt Business. You will serve as a key driver of growth and efficiency within our Account Management team. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities aimed at optimizing processes and leveraging tools to enhance the retention and growth of Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) from our existing customer base.

About The Role

You will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure that our Account Management team operates at the highest level of effectiveness and efficiency. By creating and embedding best-in-class processes and tools, you will empower our Account Managers to deliver exceptional service to our customers while driving measurable results in GMV retention and growth.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Accountable for the effectiveness of a set of key business processes including: The Account Management Process, Account Manager Allocation Process, GMV Performance Management Process, Debt Management Process, Customer Onboarding Process and the Forecasting Process
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of new and improved processes and tools used by the Account management team
  • Accountable for the way that core workflow tools, including Salesforce.com and Groove, support the key business processes
  • Identifying key data from our Admin tool to integrate product events into Salesforce for Account Management improved visibility and reduced administrative time
  • Assess and improve customer data quality for a set of prioritised attributes
  • Clarify Account Management roles and operating model with associated KPIs
  • Coordinate any remedial activity required to correct representations of customers and existing customer performance
  • Analyse data and analytics to deliver actionable insights to the Account Management team in order to drive behaviours and help Account Managers meet KPIs
  • Creation and implementation of Account Planning for Account Management and Sales


About you:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology is required
  • 5+ years working experience within Sales Operations or Revenue Operations function
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Integrated technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of the Sales Processes to support the Account Management Teams
  • Experience leading discovery workshops, including solution presentations and tracking impact
  • Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members
  • Proactive desire to continue to broaden and deepen business and consulting skills
  • Ability to continuously execute on deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Capable of managing a variety of complex issues while driving momentum of key projects
  • Strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills
