Operations Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive to support Customer Success and Business Operations functions. The role involves operational reporting, MIS management, financial analysis, project tracking, customer success reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Business Operations
- Prepare and maintain departmental P&L and profitability reports.
- Track revenue, costs, margins, budgets, and operational performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoicing, collections, and expense tracking.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning activities.
Customer Success Operations
- Maintain customer success dashboards and KPI reports.
- Track customer onboarding, renewals, account health, and service delivery metrics.
- Monitor project timelines and support customer retention initiatives through data-driven reporting.
Project Operations & MIS
- Maintain project trackers and monitor resource utilization and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Create and manage dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
Process Improvement & Coordination
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Finance, Delivery, and Management teams.
- Support strategic and ad-hoc operational initiatives.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Dashboards).
- Strong MIS reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Understanding of financial reporting and P&L analysis.
- Project tracking and resource management experience.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Finance Operations, Customer Success Operations, or MIS Reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Consulting, or Customer Success environments.
- Exposure to project profitability and resource utilization tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio is an added advantage.
