We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Director of Revenue Operations to lead our revenue operations team.


As the Director of Revenue Operations you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue systems and priorities, and own all cross-functional internal connections to our revenue department. You will lead the CRM team, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments, and leverage data-driven insights to formulate revenue optimization strategies.




What you’ll be doing:

  • Management of Sales Tech Stack Integrations
  • Tech Stack Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Project & priority management of multiple departments requests and technical requirements
  • Management of the CRM Tech squad
  • Basic Reporting & Salesforce Administration
  • Ensuring stability of all sales systems
  • Communication of business requirements to technical development teams




Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in revenue operations
  • High tech/SaaS experience required
  • Strong organization, process and detail oriented experience, particularly in project management and sales tech stack acumen
  • Operation of functional automated revenue machine
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales enablement tools - must
