Job Description Summary

The Deal Desk Supervisor is responsible for the day‐to‐day management of the Bangalore Deal Desk's delivery of deal management services. In this role, the Deal Desk Supervisor will manage the Bangalore Deal Desk's service delivery, analyze team performance and workload, and contribute to the professional development of junior team members.

In addition, the Deal Desk Supervisor will serve as a key contributor to the Bangalore team’s maturity with involvement in establishing standardized processes, implementing best practices, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to ensure sustained delivery of high‐quality, efficient services to Cushman & Wakefield's brokers. The Deal Desk Supervisor will partner frequently with the Americas‐based Deal Desk Director and Managers to discuss team staffing, capacity, performance, and quality to ensure an efficient,

effective Bangalore operation.

Job Description

Team Management and Delegation  Oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the Deal Desk Center of Excellence.  Manage request delegation and team workload to ensure efficient and balanced task distribution.  Supervise the Deal Desk team, focusing on work quality and timeliness.  Facilitate effective resolution of issues and conflicts within the team.  Lead, coach, train, and develop Deal Desk Specialists including completion of performance evaluations.  Supervise Deal Desk Specialists/Lead in the execution of Deal Desk services, including delegation and review where applicable.  Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring swift and effective communication between involved parties. Process Optimization and Quality Assurance  Spearhead the refinement of standardized, best practice processes that create efficiencies and ensure a seamless Bangalore operation  Implement measures to ensure high‐quality work output and adherence to established timelines.  Proactively identify and address any issues or conflicts that may impact the team's performance.  Strive for ongoing improvement in the overall effectiveness of the Deal Desk operations. Relationship Building  Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and personalized interactions.  Understand their priorities and expectations, demonstrating a commitment to mutual success. Performance & Strategic Analysis  Develop and implement strategies to optimize key performance metrics within the organization.  Regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.  Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to ensure continuous performance improvement. Collaboration and Communication  Regular Check‐Ins with the Regional Deal Desk Director/ Manager to ensure performance, communication, and quality meets expectations  Ensure clear communication of team goals, objectives, and performance expectations to all team members aligning with Deal Desk priorities.  Ensure alignment between individual responsibilities and broader team objectives.  Facilitate team‐building activities and events to strengthen interpersonal relationships.

Other Requirements & Administrative Duties  Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, etc.) preferred  10+ years of data management, deal management, project management, or commercial real estate experience  Strong English communication skills (written, verbal)  Experience supporting the development of Business Process Outsourcing or Shared Service Center teams  Experience improving processes and procedures to drive standardization and improve efficiency and quality  Experience leading teams and contributing to the professional development of junior team members  Demonstrates the ability to communicate and interact with key team members (Americas and India‐ based) to resolve issues and effectively collaborate in executing work  Ability to balance and prioritize multiple priorities in a high‐volume, fast‐paced environment  Strong project management, communication, and relationship management skills  Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  Ability to navigate challenges with a solution‐orientated mindset and act with a sense of urgency  Willingness to work in flexible shifts including North America hours.  Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, or other Accounting / Customer Relationship Management software  Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate industry a plus
