Who You Are:

Clearwave Corporation is seeking a seasoned RevOps Manager with 3-6 years of B2B SaaS RevOps, Sales Ops, or Operations experience to enhance our revenue engine. Your analytical prowess, problem-solving capabilities, and strong project management skills will be instrumental in streamlining processes and propelling our revenue-related strategies. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with precision.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in forging synergies across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams. Your responsibilities will encompass accurate reporting, data analysis, and imparting direct influence on the organization's success. You'll oversee key Salesforce and Contract operations to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Contract Management Process, ensuring the production of error-free contracts in line with SLAs
  • Conduct comprehensive tracking, reporting and analysis of data across Sales, Marketing, Client Success and Finance, leveraging insights to drive strategic recommendations
  • Oversee the Deal Desk QA & Deal Review Process, ensuring order accuracy and adherence to revenue recognition policies
  • Collaborate closely with department executives to prepare monthly and quarterly Board of Directors (BOD) decks
  • Maintain alignment among sales, marketing, client success and finance through monthly one-on-ones with key leaders, tracking process improvements and status updates
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide critical data and insights to RevOps and other GTM departments
  • Create ad-hoc presentation materials for leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Architect and implement comprehensive processes to optimize GTM teams’ operations.
  • Ensure Salesforce data accuracy for reliable financial reporting and promote consistent adherence to all revenue-generating processes
  • Supervise the RevOps Administrator and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders related to RevOps
  • Maintain data hygiene across the GTM tech stack as necessary to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data

What You’ll Bring:

Required:

  • A BA/BS in Business or an equivalent field is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant RevOps, Sales Ops, or Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, complemented by effective project management capabilities
  • A track record of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, with unyielding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Salesforce, with a preference for candidates experienced in contract management systems like Ironclad, as well as MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance and refine processes across Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, delivering impactful recommendations grounded in data analysis and historical trends
  • Consistent performance in meeting deadlines, self-management, and prioritization of projects that align with corporate objectives
  • Proactive communication skills and the ability to stay current with B2B RevOps best practices and solutions
  • A clear understanding of Year-To-Date (YTD) performance, goal achievement, and the skill to generate ad-hoc reporting

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and internal control principles
