Sales Operations Director GSE
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation
vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support
equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in
environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting
preserves.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate across functions within the organization to ensure execution of sales operations.
• Structure and execute operational and technological initiatives to increase efficiency of interactions for
internal and external customers.
• Determine strategic and tactical objectives to achieve sales operations’ short-term and long-term goals.
• Complete monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) on behalf of the GSE business.
• Manage the full cycle of demand planning, to include oversight of the ordering process and invoicing.
• Partner with sales, production management, logistics, and other key stakeholders to exceed customer
expectations regarding product delivery and forecasting.
• Streamline current processes to drive automation and reduce manual processes as part of continuous
improvement initiatives.
• Manage the performance of the sales operations team.
• Communicate business needs and order status updates to key stakeholders in the SIOP process.
• Analyze order intake, process flow, and sales and production forecast data to provide business intelligence
