- To optimize artwork designs for high quality production and meet customer requirements as well.
- To communicate with customer, sales and cylinder supplier to make sure proof and cylinder on-time delivery.
- Optimize design according with SIG AW Guideline and specification.
- Communicate with customer, sales and agency in design preparation.
- Prepare concerned documents for customer approval and for cylinder supplier proof preparation and cylinder production.
- Inspect proofs before sending to customer and inspect cylinders before release to printing.
- Coordinate with Printing in design optimization and improvement.
- This position will essentially be supporting the sales team
- To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders like KAM, logistics manager, CHA, Warehousing partners, customer’s purchase, stores, Supply Chain team
- Order processing and delivery
- To collaborate with Finance for completing the new account opening formalities
- To share and present sales reports/ presentations
- To support the sales team by regularly updating on customer inventory and ETA etc
- Enter customer orders into SAP and CBO, reviewing them for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers to resolve any pre-shipment issues, update backorder status and confirm order shipment
- An ability and interest to work in fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in computer graphic programs i.e. ArtPro, Photoshop, Illustrator etc., Good command in MS.Office, SAP
- Bachelor’s Degree or above education background in Printing Technology, Graphic Designer or related fields.
- Have at least 1 years work experience in Prepress, Graphic designer or related industrial business, able to use Macintosh computer and graphic programs, ie. ArtPro, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Extremely high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and ability to interact with team from different countries and cultures
- Process oriented-understands and follows the process, provides input for continuous improvement
- Basic understanding of forecasting process to improve S&OP accuracy
- Should have been a part of OM order processing team preferably
- Excellent knowledge of excel and MS suite
- Basic understanding of Sales Force
