Our German team is looking for a Sales Operations and Logistics Lead who will be part of building and running our German business. Through your customer-oriented approach and understanding of each customer's unique needs and preferences, you are a support throughout the entire customer journey. The role
Our German team is looking for a Sales Operations and Logistics Lead who will be part of building and running our German business. Through your customer-oriented approach and understanding of each customer's unique needs and preferences, you are a support throughout the entire customer journey. At ZEEKR, we build strong relationships with our customers by offering outstanding service and guidance through the chain.
This is what you will do most of the time:
- Ensure the teams' capabilities for quick orders and deliveries.
- Facilitate communication about the status of orders and deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Maintain close contact and act as a link between the local team and the European HQ.
- You will also be responsible for communication regarding orders and deliveries and building strong relationships with our partners and act as a link between the local team and the European headquarters to ensure smooth processes.
Sales & Logistics Operations
- Volume planning, forecasts, order management, VIN matching, VIN re(allocation), management of the internal fleet, etc. in cooperation with the central sales operations.
- Logistics management & support for the German market (3R-approach: right car at the right time at the right location) and cooperating with the central logistics team.
- Vehicle Registrations, trade in management, etc., Sales funnel management, Reporting, KPI setting & monitoring, etc. in cooperation with the national sales teams and the central sales operations.
- Understanding the German Market and Customers and providing insights regarding product positioning, product features, options, accessories etc. to provide a competitive product offering for the German market.
- This includes trim-walk analysis, price ladders, price index analysis, competition analysis and expertise in the latest government regulations and incentive policies in cooperation with the central product & pricing team.
- Experience from similar roles in logistics and operations within the automotive industry or allied sector. Your background may include experience from OEM, dealer groups, franchise partners.
- A background in people leadership and proven experience developing teammates.
- Strong project management experience and a background in process development and implementation.
- Experience managing commercial and operational relationships with logistics suppliers.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
