Resycure, a dynamic startup transforming the economics of recycling, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive. Join us in our quest to become the biggest facilitator of plastic recycling this decade and play a crucial role in increasing global recycling rates.

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Operations Manager:

Your Role

  • Join our sales team and take responsibility for the entire sales process for your own areas of responsibility, from identifying prospects to closing deals, particularly with brand owners and recyclers.
  • Collaborate closely with clients in the consumer packaged goods and recycling industry on a global scale.
  • Work together with other team members and Co-founders to drive improvements in our sales processes, contributing to efficiency and high conversion rates.
  • Assume early responsibility and make a tangible impact in a fast-growing startup environment.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the packaging conversion, sales to CPG industry or recycling sectors (academic background is a plus)
  • Passionate about sustainability and getting the recycling industry off the ground, while helping our clients to meet their targets
  • Entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong sales execution mind set as an ideal combination
  • A track record of exceptional sales delivery results and interpersonal skills that inspires confidence and trust
  • Previous start-up experience is highly valued
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English. Other European languages are an advantage
