The Senior Director of APAC Sales Operations will play a crucial role in the regional execution and success of sales operations, driving regional initiatives to fruition while serving as the regional advocate in the strategic planning of Sales Operations. This individual will be responsible for aligning regional sales strategies with global operations, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring the effective local adaptation of global processes.

  • Regional Sales Operations Strategy: Develop and implement sales operations strategies that support the APAC region’s unique market conditions while aligning with global objectives.
  • Initiative Leadership: Lead and synchronize regional initiatives, ensuring they contribute to global sales objectives and address APAC-specific opportunities.
  • Regional Advocacy: Act as the primary conduit for APAC insights, shaping the global sales operations strategy through proactive regional representation.
  • Change Strategy and Implementation: Architect and execute robust change management programs within APAC to ensure adoption of new processes, maintaining team performance and morale.
  • Act as a business partner to the regional commercial leader.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin strongly preferred.
