We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded RevOps Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. The RevOps Specialist will play a key role in optimizing our sales and marketing operations to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, technical expertise, and process optimization skills.

 

What You Will Do

  • Help manage and administrate sales and marketing tech to ensure smooth processes and accurate reporting (e.g. Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Highspot, Clari etc)
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation of revenue operations processes, guidelines, and policies.
  • Support governance processes to ensure accuracy of data in all systems
  • Understand and help to improve our key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support data analysis across the revenue team, providing insights for strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to the design and execution of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of new technologies and tools to support revenue operations goals
  • Facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall operational efficiency and revenue growth
  • Working with Revenue Enablement, setup training for end users across various applications/tools & processes
  • Communicate with various Sales, Marketing and other Department Stakeholders to maintain a cross departmental feedback loop
  • Diagnose and solve technical issues as they arise
  • Monitor system activity to ensure processes are being followed by all users
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system(s) to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow and reporting etc.
  • Contribute on the technical side of business projects and create solutions to meet challenges (including performing detailed analysis of technical and business requirements)
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in revenue operations and technology.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations roles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, Eloqua, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of effective cross-team collaboration
  • Meticulous organization and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Proactive problem-solving aptitude with a mindset geared towards continuous improvement
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and marketing strategies preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing automation (Eloqua) and customer success platforms (e.g. ChurnZero) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
  • Master’s degree considered an asset.
