We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior VP International Sales Head to spearhead our sales initiatives and enhance revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing sales team, offering guidance and support to meet sales targets successfully.

Devise and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.

Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales organization.

Implement improvements in sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee the profit and loss responsibility for the international sales division.

Develop budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.

Monitor key performance indicators and implement necessary corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overarching business goals.

Cultivate lasting relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers worldwide.

Stay updated on industry trends in digital media measurement and leverage this knowledge to create opportunities.

Utilize expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to position solutions effectively.

Leverage knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to enhance sales and offer valuable insights to clients.

Demonstrate a proactive mindset in promoting data, cloud, and enterprise data services.

Expand business within the current client portfolio through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, potential clients, and strategic partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

15-20 years of progressive sales experience in enterprise software solutions.

Proven success in sales leadership roles and driving revenue growth.

Proficiency in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.

Understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.

Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Solid business acumen and ability to analyze market trends.

Location: Hybrid role - must be able to work on-site in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA

Compensation: Salary plus commission
